Dhaatree Technologies Private Limited (“Dhaatree”) acts as a Data Fiduciary under Section 2(i) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect and process personal data exclusively to facilitate verified luxury real estate transactions, schedule physical inspections, and maintain transaction ledgers.
All personal data is hosted in Tier-IV enterprise cloud facilities located entirely within the territory of India, in strict accordance with national data residency standards.
What We Collect and Why
- Identity & Contact: Mobile number, full name, and email address used for secure passwordless OTP logins and authenticated property hold reservations.
- Transactional & Financial: Property reservation tokens, bonus credits, and payment transaction identifiers necessary to satisfy statutory anti-money laundering (PMLA) and accounting rules.
- Cadastral Documents (Sellers): Title deeds, Khata certificates, and RERA registration numbers uploaded strictly for public legal due diligence scrutiny.
